Admiral- Management Trainee Program

Based on the efforts of HR Department in providing outstanding services, a variety of training programs for its employees, and exceptional career for the community, HR Office has designed the “Admiral” program. The program aims to target and attract high potential Saudi graduates who seek such outstanding opportunities. The platform of the “Admiral” program is to train those talents on a range of terminal operations expertise. Those candidates expected to develop a long and successful career with RSGT, and aspire various management positions within RSGT.

It is a highly selective program which is the first of its type in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia provided only at RSGT that has nothing comparable among all other marine terminals in the Kingdom.

Job Description:

Is responsible for the planning and distribution of people and equipment to meet the daily needs of the operation on the basis of docking table, and the activity of the scene, and the activity of customs inspection. Key accountabilities (duties and responsibilities):

  • Improve systems and procedures and operational policies in order to better management. Responsible for coordination with the planning and control management. Work on the supply of adequate number of employees and deployment of equipment at the station operators (QCO, YCO, TTO, RSO, EHO) with three ships in the side. Is responsible for preparing the daily schedule for workers in the operation, and commissioning work, and in particular the reduction of waste. Identification and planning of good operators to the next level of operators handling or good for the station equipment (QCO, YCO, TTO, RSO, EHO) of the roles of supervision. Training programs for staff newly operators, and the operators of the plant equipment status (QCO, YCO, TTO, RSO, EHO). Coordinate with Engineering Management on the status of equipment relating to his operation and safety. Planning and coordination of multi-skills training plan key performance indicators for the post of operators:
  • Qualities of leadership.

Reliability Engineer
Job Description:
  • Report of top ten critical components within each asset listing highest maintenance costs and reliability ranking (best to worst).
  • Track MTBF / MMBF by asset and sub system.
  • Define critical equipment with a maintenance strategy developed using a RCM methodology
  • Develop spare parts criticality methods to optimize the spare part inventory.
