You mention Redefining Standards – Exactly how does RSGT Redefining Standards?

Redefining technically means “to give a new or different definition”. Setting new standards, that is what RSGT envisions doing to the Kingdom’s industry.

We set out to be pioneers in the region, providing world-class services to the industry. To do that it is necessary to set new terminal standards and raise the industry bar to meet not only with global standards of today, but for the future.

Honestly speaking, RSGT is making significant changes; enhancing (or redefining) the port’s overall capability, investing in state-of-the-art equipment and cutting–edge technology; improving port efficiency and canal capacity. But most importantly we are concentrating on human capital development, creating thousands of job opportunities and training programs, which is important for sustainability.

Our assets focus is really on the human element, our people, and our team. At RSGT we do not just seek to employ the best people to be part of our team; we also make sure to continuously nurture their professional and personal growth.
